What information does Unifire Collect?
Unifire collects credit card information, for use in purchases
made on our website ONLY. This information
includes billing address, credit card number, and shipping address.
All credit cards are processed by hand to ensure there is enough
inventory of the product you are ordering to fullfill your request.
Who has access to my information, is it sold?
We respect our customers' privacy and take precautions to ensure
that the only people who have access to your information are
Unifire staff. Also, the only reason a person from unifire will
have your information is if they are processing an order.
We do not share nor sell your information to anyone outside
of our organization.
How does Unifire value online privacy?
Online privacy is very important to us and to our business.
Therefore, Unifire adheres to the following strict guidelines
to protect your online privacy:
- Unifire will NOT collect any personally-identifiable information
about you except for information that you voluntarily provide
through the contact us or feedback forms.
- Unifire will NOT create any browsing profile for you or
your individual machine.
- Unifire will NOT engage in any sort of user profiling.
- Unifire will NOT download and install software on you
machine without your consent.
Color Specifications
Some items come in multiple colors or styles. An example
of this would be chew toys. We are unable to guarantee that
an item ordered from one of these groups will be exactly what
is pictured nor can we specify that the item be a certain
color or style.
Confirming Prices
We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however,
we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has
entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a
small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will contact you for instructions before shipping or cancelling
your order.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days (M-F) for order processing
and an additional 1-7 business days for shipping/transportation
time.
If you would like your order shipped via another shipping
method; 2-day, 3-day select, etc.; please note that in the
comments section and we will be happy to provide you with
a quote/estimate.
Unfortunately we have been forced to discontinue the practice
of sending an item to an address different from your credit
card billing address.
In certain circumstances, we will be able to ship to an
address different from your billing address, with stipulations
applied.
- Unifire will send the product to an address if the billing
address is a post office box and the ship to address is
in the same vicinity as the post office.
Because of dimensional weight, Unifire will provide you with
a shipping quote before processing orders of heavy, large,
or odd shaped items.
