- Q: Where does my order ship from?
- A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse
located at 3924 E. Trent Ave., Spokane, WA 99202.

- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: All returns are subject to a 20% restock
fee, up to 30 days from receipt of item. The item cannot
be used or worn and must return in the packaging it arrived
in. After the 30 days we do not offer returns.

- Q: What if my item was damaged in shipment?
- A: If item is damaged in shipment, please
keep all packaging and contact us ASAP. We will have the
shipping company review the product's damage and reship
accordingly.

- Q: My item broke, is it covered under warranty?
- A: All warranty issues must be handled through
the manufacturer. If you do not have the contact information
for the manufacturer, please let us know and we can locate
that for you.

- Q: Where is my item?
- A: Please allow 1-3 business days (M-F)
for order processing and an additional 1-7 business days
for shipping/transportation time.

method; 2-day, 3-day select, etc.; please note that in the
comments section and we will be happy to provide you with
a quote/estimate.
